Dr. Yvonne Kasine, PhD, RN, is a registered nurse in Ontario, Canada. Dr. Kasine’s nursing expertise includes community and home care nursing, nursing education, and nursing research. Guided by intersectional and health equity principles, her research examines how continuing professional development and mentorship for nurses and midwives influence maternal and neonatal health outcomes, particularly in resource-limited settings. Dr. Kasine collaborates with international researchers exploring adolescent and youth sexual and reproductive health and rights services in low- and middle-income countries. He holds a PhD in Epidemiology from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology. Dr. Gitonga's research program is primarily focused on chronic disease management in Kenya, investigating prevalence, care strategies, and primordial prevention. Dr. Cassien Habyarimana is a mathematician and statistician with over 10 years of university teaching and research experience. His expertise includes statistical modeling, quantitative analysis, and data science using tools such as R, Python, and SQL. His research interests include statistical methods, climate–health interactions, and applied data analysis. Dr. Habyarimana currently serves as a Lecturer at the University of Rwanda and as a Research Assistant at the African Institute of Mathematical Sciences – Research and Innovation Centre (AIMS-RIC), Rwanda. He is actively involved in multidisciplinary research projects, including work on air pollution and health outcomes within the SOSCHI (Standards for Official Statistics on Climate–Health Interactions) project. Dr. Rajendra Vishnu Awate, MBBS, MD, is a distinguished public health expert and academic leader specializing in Preventive and Social Medicine, Community Medicine, and Public Health. He currently serves as the Dean of Prince Medical College, Sikar, Rajasthan, India, and holds several academic and advisory roles, including Professor and Head of Community Medicine at multiple medical institutions in India. With extensive experience in medical education, public health policy, and global health training, Dr. Awate has contributed significantly to strengthening health systems and public health capacity across different countries. His professional career includes leadership roles in academia, international public health programs, and health system development initiatives, including collaborations with organizations such as UNICEF and the World Health Organization through the national polio eradication program in India. Dr. Awate has also served as a professor in international medical programs in Saudi Arabia and Malaysia and has worked in public health initiatives across Tanzania, Bahrain, Nepal, and India. In addition to his academic leadership, he actively mentors global health professionals and contributes to international training and capacity-building initiatives, including virtual public health internship programs and global health mentorship networks. His work focuses on epidemiology, community health systems, disease prevention, health program management, and public health workforce development, making him a respected leader in medical education and global public health.

Dr. Olubunmi Margaret Ogbodu holds a Doctorate in Health Studies from the University of South Africa and a Master of Public Health degree (Health Policy and Management) from the University of Venda, South Africa, an Executive Master of Business Administration, and a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria, earning distinctions in her Pharmacy and MPH degrees. She has served as a Team Lead for the Tuberculosis Private Sector component of the USAID TB-LON3 project after COVID-19 and the Launch of the first indigenous, low osmolality Zinc sulphate tablets and oral rehydration salts (ORS) project in Nigeria. She is currently a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences at the Walter Sisulu University, South Africa, and contributing to Public Health education as an Adjunct lecturer at the Lagos State University College of Medicine (LASUCOM). She is a member of the Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria (PSN), the Public Health Association of South Africa (PHASA), the International Association of Public Health Logisticians (IAPHL), and the Institute of Strategic Management of Nigeria (Chartered).
